I'm Marisa Ford,
founder of MKF Consulting.
I spent my career at McKinsey's Operations practice working on transformations and post-merger integrations for industrial and PE-backed clients. Now I do that work independently — with the same rigor and a lot more flexibility. I'm based in Chicago.
